S-Factor Houston

Ladies:

You must take a S-Factor class once in your life! It will definitely help to unleash the goddess trapped inside of you. The only problem is you can not put her back! Sometimes in the grocery store I do my S-Factor walk without even realizing it. I've gotten free groceries twice now. Just kidding. No, but really, when I go to the club and a good song comes on I lose control!
The class gave me the opportunity to learn pole tricks and a dance routine. Yes, those are one pair of the shoes that I wore to class. Can you say 6 inches?!?!

That is a photo of the gift basket that I made for my instructor as a goodbye gift on the last day of class. The other girls in the class went in on it with me. Our instructor was thrilled.

Bronze Horses

While in D-Town I did get to see one amazing sight. The bronze horse statutes! This was very cool!

D- Town Nightlife

Can you say toasted?

Anyway, like I said ,my girl Chi-Chi graduated, so we have to celebrate. We went out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so needless to say I was a very tired and sick mo-fo when I got back home.

A little club footage below...as usual ;)

The Graduate

Chi-Chi, you finally made it out! You go, girl. My friend Chi-Chi graduated with her Master's in Speech Pathology from UT - Dallas and I am very proud of her. I flew up to see her graduate, and of course, party my a@# off, and it was a good time.
Check out her walking across the stage in the video below.

PS. I don't know how that backshot photo of me got posted ;) My computer has a mind of its own!

Cinco De Mayo

I know, I'm late getting this post out! I went to a CDM celebration with my friend Yvette a.k.a. "The Party Crasher". We had a good time, danced to some tunes from the eighties, and tried to stay clear of the wierdos. (That was a very hard thing to do.)
Anyway, watch us "rock out" in the videos below.

Peace!

Austin Nightlife

Okay, so my girl Chi-Chi and Kene's coach, Coach T, went out on the scene to see how Austin does it. Well, we found out that they do it well!

There nightlife was a little better than Houston's....sorry it is the truth. Everything was not as spread out, and the people they were very friendly. And that made me more friendly, until a girl tried to dance with me, that made me get unfriendly real quick. Other than that, I had a blast in Austin.

Anyway, check out this club footage that I took.

She Lick Me Like A Lollipop ;)

I am sure that you have heard the Lollipop song by Lil' Wayne by now. It is the jam!

Anyway, I am in an Exotic Aerobics class, headed by my girl Edrina Newman, she is the one in the front in the video. Anyway, the last song we danced to was Lollipop, and it was a total hit! We did some serious moves to this song, as you will see in the video.

It is fun to be able to multi-task, ya know, learn some sexy moves while getting your work out on. I am in the back left on the video. Yes, I was hiding.....I'm shy! Can't you tell?
Check our video out on youtube.com via the link below. NO HATERS PLEASE!

Kene - The Black Arnold Schwarzenegger

A few weekends ago I went to see Chi-Chi's (A great friend of mine's) brother Kene participate in a bodybuilding competition, "The Shedder Classic", in Austin, TX. Anyway, he is ALL NATURAL. No steroids, HGH, or any of that.

He won in his weight class and came in second overall. Watch the video and you will see why. Anyway here a few photos that I took and even one of him picking me up ;).
But, you know how I do it, I couldn't go to Austin without checking out the night life. As soon as we finished congratulating Kene, Chi Chi and I hit the streets. Look at the next post for some good footage ;)

Women Who Win Conference

I had a great time at this conference with my mother. This conference features female speakers that have "won" in life, as well as seminars, and a breakfast/fashion show.

Above are a few pics of the event, and one of the gift baskets that I donated to the event for a giveaway. (I'll tell you more about my gift basket business later.)

Also, there is a pic of my mother and I. Aren't we cute ;).
